"Can you think of a time that you were angry like a dragon?"
"What happened in that situation? Did anything make it better or worse?"
Tell your child that we all have an inner dragon that can get angry, but we can find ways to calm it down. Ask them what calms their dragon down. If they can't think of anything try giving them examples of what calms you down or you can use ideas from this list.
